Scheduled vs actual hours in summary
I want to compare scheduled vs actual hours using summary reports. It would help me compare budgeted hours vs actual hours. It would be beneficial to see the difference in %.

Configure reports columns
The user wants to change the format of the report. She does not want sick days and vacation days at the beginning, but on the contrary- first hours, then double-paid hours, then sick days, vacation days, etc.

How many night hours employee has worked?
I (the manager) need to know how many hours an employee has worked at night. Night hours are e.g. from 22:00 to 06.00. Also, how many hours an employee has work at holiday night.

Hours breakdown during month change
The employee started his shift on the last day of September and finished working on the first day of October. He worked: 4 hours on the last day of September and 4 hours on the first day of October. When I pay his September salary, I pay for 4 hours on the last day of September. I DO NOT pay for 4 hours on the first day of October. I need to see hours divided according to the month when they were done.

Don't understand employee hours by location/position
Looking at the reports, I can't understand how many hours an employee worked in one or another location/position. For example if employee did 60 hours at location Mustamäe and 40 hours at location Õismäe. To have such overview, I have to use several filters.

Don't understand what location/position summary report shows
I thought that summary report shows at what location/position employee worked. Actually, the summary report shows the location and position what are selected inside the employee's profile.

I need to see previous month report by default
When I open the reports, I need to see previous month report by default. Because most of the time I use reports for previous month payroll calculation. Without it, may happen that I spend a while, without noticing that I am reviewing current month hours.

Show conflicts & alerts at the reports
Usually manager is responsible for reported time approval and resolving conflicts. Administrators are responsible for final review and payroll. Administrators would like to be sure that there are no open conflicts or alerts when they start paying out salaries. This is why it would be nice to see open conflicts and alerts at the summary & detailed reports.

Auditing in reports
I, as an administrator, would like to have the option to filter out time blocks that are missing reported time. Even if my managers accept missing time alerts, I would like to see these time blocks when I start paying out salaries.
