Don't understand what location/position summary report shows

I thought that summary report shows at what location/position employee worked. Actually, the summary report shows the location and position what are selected inside the employee's profile.

I agree that it would be better for the summary report to show which locations the worker actually had shifts at in the selected time frame. This has created confusion when sending hours to our accountant.
