There could be a dedicated flow to swap shifts instead of just assigning them to another person. A dedicated flow could help to list and recommend available colleagues.

Easy and visual way to communicate to people about the shift type/context- cashier, warehouse, cleaning, inventory, training, or meeting days. Some customers would prefer to communicate if it's a morning, lunch, or evening shift. Currently, in excel, people use colors or letters (M- morning, C- cashier).
