As a user, I have an existing account that I no longer wish to maintain and need a way to permanently remove all my personal data and deactivate the account.

Separate edit permission for shifts, unavailable, available, and time-offs. Managers would like to allow employees only to edit availability and time-offs.

Sometimes happens that current workspace creator / owner will leave the company and they cannot be removed from workspace because workspace needs to have at least one owner. Currently users have no way to transfer ownership themselves.

Option to archive employees: Archived users should lose access to the workspace Managers should be able to access archived users' first names, last names, and reported time data.

User would like to leave unnecessary workspace

User would like to remove unnecessary workspace that she accidentally created.

They add 30 minutes unbreak for full day (8h) shift but they do not want to add any unpaid for half day (4h) shift. They asked, do they have to do it manually every time or can they save it somehow in the settings?

Managers don't know everyone's email (while onboarding) so manager could be able to invite people without their emails. I possible solution could be inviting people by sending them a link, what directs them to the right place.
